Time to write your Congressman about the need to write Federal rules for YouTube rights for content providers. But you’re still early on that. Maybe you need to tell your Manager you are going to write to your Congressman. Put your thoughts to him in writing. You also need to see if there are others in the “community” who are being equally misused. You are being denied your freedom of speech. YouTube is a workplace and you are being discriminated against.
