Hi sailor, Glad to see you are enjoying the views on the cruise. Something about a cruise to the Caribbean in March will get you some good inclusiveness. So getting non-whites/ women onto management teams is a challenge. So are you interviewing any non-whites/women on your blog? Hope so. You have good instincts toward inclusivity. And hey, music and “dancing” are universal. Get out there and ZUMBA!!!
That’s a very important lesson and I am picking up what you are putting down. It’s hard to tell people these lessons because most won’t get it.
