1. Good advice about treating people (clients) as unique individuals with their own individual personalities (pocketbooks). That is the value of appreciating diversity. Listen to your customer.

  2. one time i was in a car dealership ,getting parts guy came in old country overalls , and sales guy snubbed his nose up at him. guy turned around talked to another guy he paid cash with a stack of bills , and plenty left over really nice truck too
