This is cool advice, only people need to make sure they don’t draw the wrath of the “true believers” once those individuals discover that the business owner doesn’t really support everything that comes with their chosen identity. To the business owner, this stuff may be a joke but the believers really take it seriously and can become very upset. Nowadays, when almost everything gets tied in with politics and professional activism, such business owners may find themselves being dragged into all kinds of campaigns that will attract the attention (and hate) from all sorts of corners. The whole thing may easily become more trouble than it’s worth. LOL
