As much as I enjoy your 2-hour rants, I usually can’t stick around for the full length of the show just cause of work and other life obligations. Not to mention, I tend to agree it’s not a good thing if you’re doing it on an almost daily basis. Negativity and toxicity have a way of creeping into your life if you’re around it for it too long. Eventually, you become quite toxic and negative as well more often than you’d probably like.
For your own mental health and sanity, adjust what you need to adjust. The people worth your time are the ones who stick around.
