  1. Well said, Eli. One thing I like about longer commute car times is being able to perform intermittent fasting techniques so I only end up eating one or two meals each day.

    I enjoy eating Oatmeal for breakfast and found I like eating the same thing week after week and enjoy some type of rice with black beans and vegetables. Every now and then I will cook a rib eye for dinner and have it with rice and corn on the side.
