Why do you want a catchy introduction in the first place? If you use the same catchy introduction every day, no matter what, it’ll get boring after a while, unless you use a new catchy introduction for every new video. I suggest that you keep it simple. For example:
“Hi, I’m Eli for Failednormal.com. The topic of today is …” and you go from there.
Intros? How about “Hi, I’m Eli the computer guy, you may remember me from such videos as ‘PHP: your fun programming friend’, and ‘Get off my lawn you stalk-y youtubers, before I call the cops’. “
