  1. In my view the important point here is for business owners to give customer opportunity for feedback. For example if you run a Gym send an email once a month asking for feedback would could be improved. Then Eli could mention his preferences in the style of exercises and the Gym owner can draw his conclusions….
    Always something to learn here ..

  2. You are right lots of big and midsize businesses see employees only as a liability and not an asset. Some business schools teach that employees should be disposable or interchangeable.

  3. Not really on topic but just in the reasons to complain about Youtube:

    After they demonetize a lot of creators for small issues… then they create this series in house
